Jordyn Woods is opening up about the bullying she received for her involvement in the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal.
It is the first time in weeks that Woods has spoken out publicly regarding the scandal and the impact it has had on her life. She was a participant in a panel discussion at Homecoming Festival in Nigeria, where the controversy was brought up as a topic of discussion.
“My little sister was bullied in school and I wanted to show her that I was bullied by the world. I understood for the first time what it’s like being a black woman in a just society, how we can be so disrespected, and nobody can really understand to that extent until you have to live it,” the 21-year-old former best friend of Kylie Jenner explained.

When the scandal broke in February, hate was imploded on Woods. She took the brunt of the drama since she was Jenner’s best friend and knew what Khloe Kardashian had been through with Thompson. It was not until the young woman gave her first interview on Jada Pinkett-Smith’s Red Table Talk that fans began to realize there are two sides to every story.
During the interview, it was revealed she had her own powerful family standing behind her. The Kardashians had declared her enemy number one, even over Thompson. However, Woods had the support of the entire Smith family on her side.
Will and Jada used the interview to show whose side they were on in the scandal. Jaden was friends with both Jenner and Woods, but since the controversy, he has only been seen with Woods. She even appeared with him at Coachella.

Unfortunately, the bullying continued after her interview. Although Woods has been working hard to put the past behind her and reinvent herself without the Kardashian family, it is going to an uphill battle. She scorned a member of the Kardashian/Jenner family and fans will not forget that easily.
Jordyn Woods is not letting public perception stop her from speaking her truth, including coming clean about how the world bullied her. She has returned to social media and has her own following now, but the drama is far from over. Every word she says is scrutinized, and every move she made is watched it will be awhile for that changes.
